Delivery of products and execution of the order
The purchased products will be delivered by the Commercio edile 4m srl by courier or transporter, to the address indicated by the Customer as the destination address.
The choice on the various shipping methods will be made by the Customer at the time of purchase.
For our shipments we rely on the service of express couriers such as TNT or Couriers specialized in the delivery of furniture and furnishings to ensure the quality of service and integrity of the Products.
The duly packed goods travel on behalf of and at the risk of the purchaser from the moment of delivery to the carrier.
At the time of delivery, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages.
In case of delays, breakdowns, total or partial losses, the customer has the right to appeal to the carrier without the responsibility of casavanity.com ever being taken into consideration.
Therefore, upon delivery, casavanity.com advises the customer to proceed with the verification of the status of the products delivered before signing the notice of receipt of the package. Once the acceptance signature is affixed, it will no longer be possible to contest any damage or aesthetic anomalies reported on the products. We remind customers that it is their duty to open the contents of the packaging if there are signs of damage on the packaging.
If he finds any anomalies in the product, he must refuse the delivery of the products or accept them by putting in writing in the acknowledgment of receipt his reservations, detailed and dated. Delivery times vary depending on the size of the products purchased, compatibly with the availability in stock:
- The voluminous objects are delivered in 7/8 days by a specialized courier;
- Small items are delivered by fast courier (TNT - DHL - UPS) 3/4 days for Italy, and in 10/18 working days for other destinations.
The days of waiting indicated exclude holidays and any bridges. Moreover, in the case of products available in stock, it is possible to request pick-up at the premises, by booking an appointment.
The shipping terms indicated on the site, although carefully evaluated, must be considered non-binding for Commercio edile 4m srl which can subsequently confirm or modify them, according to their actual needs. Shipping times are shown in working days.
Delivery times are indicative if there are no physical or structural impediments (eg incorrect addresses) or force majeure events such as strikes, natural disasters, problems related to transport / supply / manufacture, exchange rate fluctuations, government actions and / or regulations. If the event of force majeure persists for more than two months compared to normal delivery times, each Party will have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any compensation being due to the other party.
